Typically the included services ($99+GST per user per month) we provide mirror what an internal IT department would give you, things like:
- New user account creation, email access, removing old users, archiving their data etc
- Password resets for your users
- Support email and contact number to phone us when you have a problem that needs solving without worrying about added costs within reason of course.
- Software issues etc
- Computer or Laptop issues – issues that can be addressed remotely are included but hardware repair or upgrade will incur a fee.
- Advisory on Cloud, software and hardware purchasing, upgrades, options etc
- Cyber Security Advisory
- Networking problems
Where possible we will automate the above functions to speed up problem resolution for you, for example we will provide a Password reset portal if you have the right software licenses or we will guide you to the right licenses to provide this.
Managed Technology Services – projects
Additional services that are not included in the monthly pricing and would be quoted for are:
- Project work – hardware rollouts, software implementation and deployments
- Migrations of data and users/devices between organisations etc
- Configuring Automated laptop and desktop deployments to speed up the process of assigning devices etc – though activities like this are done once and from that point onwards you can quickly deploy new devices etc.
We will never charge you more than agreed to achieve the outcome agreed between Managed Technology Services Australia and your business, we are your partner and we operate as an extension of your organisation.
